Energetic & Postural Integration®, Pulsing

To facilitate this process in others I use my amalgamation of Reichian Energetic Integration, Postural Integration, Pulsing, Huna Bodywork. But most important, I bring myself, my awareness, perceptions and feelings which I share with you. For 12 years I was involved in applying social psychology to organizations and groups as a senior lecturer in a polytechnic. Through the birth of my daughter, I became aware of what I had lost contact with, namely a deep physical sense of aliveness and an awareness of the wider context of life. This led me to meditation, massage and martial arts, and to bodywork and therapy.

Over the years I trained extensively in a wide range of systems of working with the body/mind/emotions/spirit. I completed a therapy training with the Institute for Humanistic and Traditional Psychotherapies (now Minster Centre), am a trainer in Postural Integration, Energetic Integration and Pulsing, and a qualified Acupuncturist. I have run bodywork groups since 1978 in Britain, Germany and Greece, and bodywork trainings since 1982.
